Pierre Serge Heger is a registered lawyer at the Fribourg bar. He obtained his lawyer’s degree in 1985 in Geneva. In 1990, he settled in Gruyere where his main Office is. He has an office in Geneva to receive clients.
By the late ’80s, he became interested, in addition to his legal work, in the potential of IT and has extensive knowledge of computer systems and the laws developed in this area.
In addition, the nature of these new working and communication ways has led to a reflexion on the legal implications, first oriented on the organization and management of a connected Law Firm, and then in the growing global interconnection, quickly focused on the whereabouts of this technological revolution in the legal profession and human relations, including commercial and legal consequences.
Today, Pierre Serge Heger offers services in three languages (French, German, English) that range from the traditional activity of a Law firm to vocational training.
Finally, Pierre Serge Heger is, since 1999, legal counsel in Labour and Social Swiss and European Law for Employee Switzerland and VPE for the French-speaking Switzerland and expert in European works councils according to EC Directive 2009/38 (formerly 94/45). In this capacity, he advises and trains members of worker’s representatives at European and Swiss level mainly in the metallurgical, chemical, pharmaceutical and electrical industry and assists in negotiations with employers in restructuring procedures.
He is a member representing employees of the “commission paritaire régionale romande (CPRR) de la location de services” since 2012.
